2023 Annual Biosolids Hauling

We're gearing up for the annual biosolids hauling. During this process, we remove the accumulated biosolids from the plant and distribute them to local farms in Woodland, Washington for reuse as soil amendment and fertilizer. Hauling is scheduled to begin on August 14 and should be completed in mid-September. The exact completion date is subject to change depending on weather conditions and other variables. Daily truck traffic will be steady during this time as we make approximately 10-15 round trips each day between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm. You may notice intermittent odors during this process as we load and haul the biosolids. For more information, contact Matthew Jenkins, Clark Regional Wastewater District Operations Manager at (360) 946-7684, or via e-mail at mjenkins@crwwd.com.
